Pushti Makhana begins at the source, in Purnia, Bihar — one of India's key makhana-growing regions. We source our fox nuts directly, select them carefully, and roast them with the same attention to quality we'd give to something made for our own family.
We believe good food doesn't need to be complicated. It needs to be honest, carefully sourced and thoughtfully made.
